We’re Hiring | Chemical Production Shift Leader Latex Med for Plastic and Rubber Products, one of El-Aggar Group Companies, is looking for a qualified and motivated Chemical Production Shift Leader to join our production team. Location: Key Responsibilities Supervise daily chemical production operations to ensure safety, quality, and productivity. Monitor production parameters and ensure compliance with SOPs and production standards. Coordinate with Engineering and Quality teams to improve production performance and minimize waste. Identify and resolve production issues and provide guidance to production operators. Ensure full compliance with HSE, safety, and environmental requirements. Prepare accurate daily production and shift reports and communicate updates to management. Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and product quality. Conduct regular shift meetings, safety briefings, and performance follow-ups. Requirements . 2–3 years of experience in chemical or industrial production. Strong understanding of chemical production processes, SOPs, quality control, and safety standards. Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred. Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Good communication and reporting skills. Ability to work effectively in a shift-based production environment.
